Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for entrusting Pasture Tender with the care of your horses and their health. 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of Pasture Tender or you would like more information before purchasing,  please review our warranty, refund and return policies. 

The following terms are applicable for all products purchased.


For purpose of Return and Refund Policy


Conditions of Returns

Returns are accepted within first 30 days of purchase and shipment of order. 

Unit, Product, Merchandise being returned must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, in its original condition, undamaged, and repackaged in same capacity it was received. Refund of full order amount minus a restocking fee and shipping costs for the return within 30 business days will be accepted hassle free.

For Goods to be eligible for return, please be sure that:

  • Unit is in original packaging received. Freight pallet. 
  • Any/All photos of unit have been received by PPTC’s offices prior to it being repackaged and Any/All photos of unit after repackaged as well.
  • No more than 10 days passed after   purchase/shipment of order
  • If unit has been opened it must be re-packaged safely and securely in the same manner it arrived 
  • Unit is ready and safe for transport
  • Unit is in proper working order with no damages
  • Unit is clean and disinfected thoroughly; any/all animal manure and/or foreign objects removed
  • Unit has freight label correctly, visibly, and securely attached to product.
  • Signed manifest document by freight carrier that picks unit up and is photographed and emailed to PPTC at CustomerCare@pasturetender.com


The following units cannot be returned:


  • Unit made to personal specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Unit customized, altered or modified in any way, shape or form
  • Unit that has been damaged by you or anyone who has used unit 

Pasture & Paddock Tender Company (PPTC) reserves the right to refuse returns of any unit, product or merchandise that does not meet
the above return policy conditions at company discretion.



Return of Goods

Pasture & Paddock Tender Company (PPTC) requires detailed photographs of unit, product or merchandise from every  angle which includes underside, along with serial tag prior to being repackaged. PPTC requires photographs excluding the underside after repackaging. 

Customer is responsible for cost and risk of returning unit, product and/or merchandise. 

Pasture & Paddock Tender Company will not be held responsible for units, products or merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment.

Pasture & Paddock Tender Company cannot  issue a refund without original receipt of unit, product or merchandise  and proof of received return delivery.



Gifts

If unit, product or merchandise has been marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once unit, product or merchandise is received, a gift certificate will be mailed out.

If unit, product or merchandise has not been marked as gift when purchased, or the purchaser of gift has had order shipped to themselves to give later, PPTC  will send refund to gift purchaser.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Pasture & Paddock Tender Company dba Pasture Tender.


What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during Warranty Period. During Warranty Period, PPTC will repair or replace, at no charge, unit or parts of unit proven defective due to improper manufacturing workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

PPTC will either repair unit at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

 

How long does coverage last?

Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from PPTC 5 years (1826days) from date of purchase. Replacement of physical goods or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods (5 years) from the date of replacement or repair, or whichever is longer.

 

What does limited warranty not cover?

Limited Warranty does not cover any problem or issue caused by:  conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. From improper use of product, not using product for its intended use, or as result of not correctly storing or maintaining product.

Warranty only covers original individual who purchases product. Any products that have been re-sold or gifted to other parties will not be covered under warranty. This excludes official Pasture & Paddock Tender Company (PPTC) Pasture Tender retailers or distributors.


What do you have to do?

In order to obtain warranty offer, 

PPTC must first be contacted in order to determine problem or defect and appropriate solution.
