Pasture & Paddock Tender Company Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Allow 24 hours for processing orders made between Monday and Thursday. Orders made between Friday and Sunday must allow 48 hours to be processed. Confirmation email will be sent within one hour of order completion. Similar shipment confirmation email will be sent once order has been packaged and shipped along with tracking information and number.

DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and/or shipping address if different from billing address. Delivery is available for United States of America, Hawaii and Canada.
Delivery to Hawaii & Canada may be subject to additional terms and/or fees.
If delivery option is not available at checkout, please contact us via email at CustomerCare@pasturetender.com or by phone at 1 (803)873-4263 to arrange delivery to your specific address.
Orders placed before Midnight Sunday thru Thursday will be fulfilled following business day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be fulfilled on following Monday.
When order has been prepared for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking link.
SHIPPING PRICES
Pasture Tender implements are shipped freight.
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours, in line with the terms explained, through our approved and insured freight delivery partners. Orders are generally fulfilled within (7-10 business days) and released for shipping pick up.
However delivery times vary depending on location. Specific delivery times are made available via shipping confirmation email by clicking real-time tracking link. Freight Shipping of Pasture Tender implements is currently free of charge to lower 48 of United States of America and is already calculated into your order of the unit.
Ground shipping of company brand clothing and merch can be selected during checkout for said items.Additional fees may apply to customers in Hawaii and Canada. For delivery to these areas please contact us prior to ordering to obtain a freight delivery price.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
PastureTender.com shipments are made only to the United States of America and Canada at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF SHIPMENTS
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase and delivery. Unit, product and/or merchandise must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, in its original condition, undamaged, and repackaged as it was delivered (Freight pallet) Pasture & Paddock Tender Company will refund full order amount minus restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please inspect your order upon arrival before signing for it. If it is damaged in any way please reject order. In the event that damage is discovered after unpacking, please email us immediately at CustomerCare@pasturetender.com Please have your order number and photographs of the items condition.
We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always work to find a solution for our customers as quickly as possible.
